Over here!

My new iPod Touch has the crappiest camera ever.

I am embracing this by posting pictures as I go about my day here.

Trying to find a home

While I plan on keeping this Tumblr account open and updating periodically, I’ve (recently) been blogging elsewhere for posts that are mostly text.

At least for now.

Cheers.

"Those who believe they believe in God
but without passion in the heart,
without anguish of mind,
without uncertainty,
without doubt,
and even at times without despair,
believe only in the idea of God,
and not in God himself."

My favourite things (at this moment)

  • lattes (mm, froth)
  • easy pain au chocolat a la Jenny, except using refrigerated crescent roll dough because that’s what we have (and adding fresh pear)
  • snow: i like how it makes it very bright outside at night.  i also like eating it and sledding in it.
  • frozen chinese food.  popping a siopao in the microwave is just as easy as nuking a hot pocket, but less shameful and actually delicious.
  • aimee’s scarf from peru
  • failbooking.com (not for kids)
  • rearranging furniture
  • the tulips and vase that i won at G’s baby shower
  • Mucinex
  • Sondre Lerche’s Pandora station

Rosie Thomas (and Sufjan Stevens)-Say Hello

I think this song is beautiful.  The studio version keeps coming up on Pandora and I stop what I’m doing every time it plays.  I had forgotten that Heather had featured this song on FuelFriends a few months ago (as well as the fact that I reposted the picture here).
